Location

All visitors to the school should report to the main reception in the first instance, unless otherwise instructed.

School Hours

Supervision commences	8.20am
Assembly	8.45am
Recess	11.00am
Lunch	1.05pm
Dismissal	2.45pm

School hours are from 8.45am to 2.45pm. Supervision before school starts at 8.20am and children are supervised after school until 3.15pm. Our school OOSH offers care outside these times as well as Vacation Care. Please contact 0419 363 683​ for more information.

If children arrive after 8.50am in the morning they must be signed in by a parent in the office. Parents collecting children early must go to the office to sign out their children.

Office hours during term

8.00am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday

Not open during holidays.

Complaints Resolution

The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) and St Paul's Primary School are committed to providing a positive, safe environment for all staff and students. There are occasions, however, when members of our school and wider community are concerned about something happening at a school that appears to be unsatisfactory or unreasonable.

The CSO has formal written protocols in place to address complaints and grievances. These protocols are in line with the Diocesan Complaints Resolution Policy, developed to provide a consistent approach for all diocesan schools. This policy aims to address the concerns of parents and carers and the wider community. These concerns may include children’s learning, behaviour and welfare, school organisation and management, student health and safety issues.
